What is mindfulness?
A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

How long is the process with MISaid?
We will work with your school or organisation for a duration of approximately a quarter year or one full school term. We are also flexible in out delivery options which can be custom tailored to your school or organisations needs. Slow stream or continuous monitoring could mean we work with you for up to 1 year or more.
