Transformative Mind Health and Wellness uses a Client Centered Approach.The client-centered approach focuses on providing unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuine support in order to help our clients reach a more congruent view of their self.

The client -centered approach was developed from the concepts of humanistic psychology. The humanistic approach “views people as capable and autonomous, with the ability to resolve their difficulties, realize their potential, and change their lives in positive ways” (Seligman, 2006).
